Major Events like Listen take time and patience to put together... It is only when you have a good working realtionship that the 'Dream' comes true for the benefactors. Looking forward to making this happen in 2008.
This private website has been built in response to the requirement of Tribute Third Millenium Limited. Tribute require a complete Radio Broadcast facility for the forthcoming Listen concerts to be staged in 2008. At this stage the Broadcasters attending have as yet to be finlaised. In the plan this site will endeavour to best deliver the overall requirements that will be as 'future proof' as is deemed possible. We feel that as the Project Team tasked with this undertaking, and using our Radio Experience of previous events that the Event Radio element should be handled in the following manner:-Much depends upon whether Broadcasters wish to Broadcast Live. Our Experience of Event Radio leads us to position Listen Radio as a Record/Playback facility. We have looked at time differentials and the power Television has over Radio in the LIVE Event arena. Most International Radio Broadcasters have very tight programming formats and schedules and will probably wish to have inserted drop segments. We would envisage that Broadcasters will want to package the entire Concerts and package as complete programmes run as a series over a few weekends and dropping/including certain Genre (Western, Indian and Chinese as befits their Format) This way the Broadcasters can recoup outlays for programming rights and sell sponsor packaging.....
